Hm. I think the black hole is a little overdoing it. How "local" is it? What's the range?

Also, the cloaking thing. Unless it wears off on attack, I think that might be a bit much. 

That's it though. Just describe the limitations of the attacks. She's good in every other way, so as soon as you fix that you're good to go!
