You should probably start the game, and allow people to make their CSs and join while it's in progress. Waiting for a full stable of players will generally result in the players you already have just getting bored and leaving.
GM, that's just the interest check copy-pasted. We need some setting-work. A place to meet, or at least for each person to start at. Really, at this point, any new, workable content would suffice; all I ask is one paragraph of new content that describes where we can start or how we meet up so I can actually write my character's introduction.
It's usually poor form to restrict almost all information about the setting to the players to start with. Setting information helps flesh characters out and gives players directions. If all we have to go on is the bare minimum of information, we honestly won't know what to do.
I will give you the setting all right after you post of your dragon's realms and each realm has like twp pahagrah about what the realm looks like and then how it connects to the world around them.
I will; explain my dragons realm but you can explain your human ream and where you came from like villages and such as well as kin and history as well. Your dragons will ask you for all things they will need to know nof you.
No i mean explain it better in the Rp more in depht. I could say my dragon lives in a firey real surrounded by flames but in the RP I could tell a lot more about where I lived and how I grew up there and the story behind a relationship something interesting.
So how common is magic in every day life? Is it common enough that wizardry can be organized and there are regulations on magic? Are only the special few capable of even casting magic? Really, how does magic even work? Is it drawn from the atmosphere? Does it come from the dragons? Does everybody generate it on their own?
Magic is something rare and usually feared by many regardless how you use it. It comes from your bloodline like if someone in your family had it you could have it as well.

That probably should have been mentioned in the OP somewhere so that someone could have made a wizard character. What about how magic interacts with the world? Or really, what I'm saying is, how different is the world compared to any run-of-the-mill earth-like planet? Is it just a lush green place with no major difference from medieval Europe?
