[@Apollosarcher] Yes but that's a dreadnought, this is a carrier. It's offense is in it's craft. There's really no use in having a carrier any smaller because then it doesn't have a large complement.

Though for the sake of the GM I'll bring it down to the 1.4km cap for a carrier.
