However, the closer she got to it, the less sweet it became, until the fragrance became a pungent rotting smell, like that of a raflesia. Though, a sweetness like that of plum flowers was mixed with the rotten smell of the the corpse flower.

Next to her, there was a cardboard box with a small kitten that looked quite weak and injured and a few rocks. One of the remains that was next to her was that of the arm of a young boy (probably no older than 10) holding a rock. Judging by that, it looked like the girl had brutally killed at least one boy, for hurting the poor kitten in a fitting punishment for such a black soul.

Nvertheless, when the girl got notice of Ruu, she tilted her head and looked at the small Youkai with an amused grin evident in her face [color=darkred]"Well, now.
