Here's what I am thinking for a character sheet. I am thinking a total of five abilities/techniques starting out, including racial abilities. Though starting out with a lower power level could give characters an extra technique.

Max Power Level: The maximum heights of one's power, it is often only reached by unlocking a hidden power, extreme emotions. This is always 20% higher than your Base Power Level.
Base Power Level: The current base power level a character has.
Average Power Level: What power level the character normally displays, for those that might use a scouter on your character.
