OOC is up. It is still a work in progress and creation of it will continue into tomorrow and quite possibly the next day or two. I launched it now so you can begin working on your characters while I develop and flesh out the world. As I said earlier, feel free to make your own lore for the world. If you feel your lore might be out of place, PM me and I will give the final say.

I also have a changelog at the bottom of the OOC. Pay attention to it as new information is announced there as well as the usual comment in the thread. The changes will be dated so it will be easy to tell what you have and haven't seen yet.
