Scarecrow stood on top of a large building, looking down at the crime scene caused by another king. It was obvious to everyone who had done this and it was no secret...yet Scarecrow didn't appreciate another king making trouble so near his Territory. There was a reason why he liked to keep himself to himself yet a King such as Psycho Jester made this troublesome...just like others Scarecrow wanted him dead but he wasn't the kind to simply waltz in and kill the mindless fool...no, no...Scarecrow played people like pawns in a big game of chess, he'd use others to do most the work before coming in and finishing the job...however this never applied to Yatagarasu...these were ghouls that actually had his respect. Which then brought up a thought...he had requested Keisuke meet him so they could do something about the trouble being made in the 7th ward. Scarecrow did enjoy working with his members afterall...
