[@Vrrak] The orders main job is to keep the very idea of magic a secret. Dragons are classed as magical creatures like unicorns and werewolves. If they cant be brought under control then they would have no other choice. However Having dragons and twerking them slightly to be creatures that want nothing to do with the affairs of mages, possibly have them live in the mountains.
