Per conversation with Sini, the fleet being built around the 12th Roving Line of the Alliance, brought in after the disastrous raid on Rendili. The 12th was an Outer Rim unit bound for Corellia's shipyards for refit and repair of its flagship, the AS Tarsus Valorum, when Imperial Remnant forces disabled the sector's defense forces. 

These veterans of the Rebellion are not happy to be denied a very hard-earned shore leave in the Core and refit efforts are underway at Duros, Corellia and Rendili to quickly bring ships into service to bulk up the 12th Roving Line to fighting strength along with experienced spacers from those core planets.
