Listening as Naisha explained as best as the Necromancer could while in a panicked, Alex stared in utter confusion at her lover. Worried and was gingerly feeling around the slender frame to make sure everything was alright. Her body had just been broken not too long ago. Did something go wrong? But as Naisha had Alex feel the nostalgic beating chest, Alex's emerald gaze widened a bit in shock. A heartbeat, something Alex could only fondly remember now and one she couldn't ever feel from Naisha since the red head awoken from her frozen slumber of death. How was this possibles? Vampires were supposed to share similarities with undead right? Not needing to breathe, cold to the touch and having a still heart as if just a walking corpse. Was Naisha becoming living again? A mortal? The fangs were still there and the body felt sturdy when Alex gingerly testingly gripped Naisha. But Alex was pretty sure vampires didn't show signs of living like this. For the brief encounter she had with them at least. She had to wonder if it would be a good thing or not if Naisha did experience a miracle and was able to return to the life of a living. Heck, even before the time her friend got sick and even stronger. Yet, Alex was still undead and basically immortal. If Naisha turned mortal, she could experience the normal life and eventually rest in piece. Maybe even grow old while Alex stayed the same before dying. Alex wasn't sure she could let Naisha go through such a painful experience of staying with her, knowing such a outcome. Brushing the fears aside, Alex stroked Naisha's right cheek. "Shh shh calm down Nai. It's okay Nai.... We'll figure it out. Maybe we can ask that witch about what's going on?" she said, trying to comfort the terrified Mage.
