[@Archangel89] Yes and no. Yes you can add details like that, but no because the country/area you want sort of already exists. Merlin will get back to you on that, but there's a section outside of Galendar that has approximately what you're looking for in terms of Arabian culture. So Merlin will let you know what details he has and then you can instill some details of your own. :)
