[@Alfhedil] pretty liberal, as long as things are within the bounds of the style of magic I described above. Also, races would need to be able to be threatened by a human army armed with arquebusiers, cavalry and halbediers, so likely no fire demons, armies of ice-golems, clouds of sentient gas, etc. I'm happy to have a lot of zany races, though, I just want to avoid the crazy power levels of a lot of High Fantasy settings- make sense?
