[@RhineQueen] I just looked at the CS. ManoftheNorth PMed me about a day or two earlier and asked if Moonstone could have a rapier so you'll have to change that. I'm also confused about the powers because there's not much written on how they work and their limitations and I'm not sure what you mean by 'short range blink teleport'. And the writing example is too short and I don't feel I can judge it well enough with what was written. Everything else is good.
