Abilities: Boosted Gear: Issei's Sacred Gear and main weapon. The Boosted Gear is one of the 13 Longinus which holds the spirit of the Welsh Dragon, the Red Dragon Emperor, Ddraig, one of the Heavenly Dragons. Boosted Gear takes the form of a red gauntlet on the wielder's left hand that has the ability to Boost the user's power every 10 seconds without limit, and its sub-ability can Transfer the multiplied power to a being or object, it can even be used on certain parts of the user's body such as the eyes for enhanced vision. It also allows for the ability of Penetrate to bypass any defensive abilities that would otherwise prevent attacks from landing or reduce their effectiveness. Penetrate's effects can also be channeled through other parts of the body.

Ascalon: The sword Issei was given by Saint Michael. Considered the “bane of a dragon’s existence”. Extremely high affinity against beings of a draconic nature. 

Dragon Shot: One of Issei's signature moves. Issei fires a beam of energy by concentrating his magical powers. This move is usually used in tandem with the Boosted Gear to increase its destructive powers. Embodied by destruction and dangerous to most all enemies he can face.  
Dressbreak: The destruction of defensive guarding and clothing alike. 
Bilinqual: The ability to talk to inanimate objects on a person. 

Scale Mail: The Scale Mail creates a Dragon Armor which drastically increases the user's power, abilities, speed, and defense. It also temporarily allows the user to use the power of the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing without the 10-second interval.

Promotion: The ability to improve or change one’s own skillset during a battle. Also known as Illegal Move Triaina when in conjuction with the Scale Mail 

Fire Immunity: Complete immunity from flame-based attacks.  Also has the ability to utilize flame-based abilities through his draconic nature. 

Weaknesses: Perversion: The distortion of thought to the point of hyper lewdness. His ongoing perverted nature, often to make lecherous fantasies, and utterly obsessed with women's breasts and having his own harem. This has caused him to be instantly labeled as a pervert among girls.

Stubbornness: The refusal to admit the fault on the self if one is to believe they are in the right during a situation. One could call this “stupidity”, however, if there is something Issei believes is righteous, he will devote himself upon this path. 

Biography:  Issei is the only child of his family. Not much is shown on his past, except for the fact that he is a childhood friend of Irina Shidou, an angel employed by the church. Sometime during his childhood, Issei met an old man who told him and other children stories about breasts, which eventually led to Issei's fascination with them, and his perverted tendencies.
