You're right, if everything was sunshine and rainbows in the wide unknown world, it would be [i]incredibly[/i] boring. BUT, trudging through jungles is not the only option, and does not constitute a major focus of my plans for the game. This is about other [i]societies[/i], some of whom will be hostile, and some of whom welcoming. They will live in a wide variety of terrains, and (to reiterate) the focus of the game is not combat or survival anyway. It's interaction, being together as a Team in strange, foreign climes with strange foreign people - a wide variety of possible situations, in which the skills of every member of the Team will be useful. You get me?

I should have explained this whole-cloth anyway, and I'm sorry for not being clearer about it.

EDIT: Flicker is rubbing me the wrong way, simply because he's being arrogant, and rude, and your first couple of posts here are just not interesting reads. They don't add much of anything to anything. I know, it's the beginning of the game, but I'm saying this in the interest of being completely honest. You aren't a bad player, Wernher, and I don't hate you, I'm just not liking this specific character. Perhaps he'll grow on me?
