[@May] They can be born like mortals or made.  In this rp, they're parents are supernaturals so they Hybrid line goes through their families. So they stop aging when they each hit a different 'age'

But of course they can also turn people into Hybrids. so you can either have a Hybrid that was born one...or you can make one that was turned and joined the Coven then :)
