So got a question for all of you. Which of your characters can see ghosts? Since Arthur is a ghost I want to have a general idea of who can see him.  Also [@Dedonus] I'll be sending you a PM later on today probably six or so hours from now. I want to run some ideas by you and kinda okay general plans, since you're the Co-GM and only other RPer in New York, unless I missed anyone else.
