Not to mention a lot of us are aware of our tendencies and are hardly really new to writing. I've been doing it for almost eighteen or so years, for example. I would also argue that there is [i]good[/i] filler and [i]bad[/i] filler (on the purple prose mention), but that goes into my writing philosophy and influences which is another whole discussion itself.
