I have a plan for you all to get together yes. I just don't like making it awkward and clunky, so if the IC is you guys working separate at first as a build up to the team meetup then that's just me getting a feel for the characters and pushing you together as a group organically.

If you'd rather I expedite the group meetup and forgo some initial buildup then say so and I'll give a more narrative speedup.
