Name: Luceptor A.K.A.: God of Deceit, The Serpent King, Master Of Liars Race: Makaioshin Homeworld: Demon Realm Current Location: Arcose Affiliation: Makaioshin Age: He lost count a while back.
Being who he is, Luceptor does not have any particular appearance locked into his being, and in fact lost track of his original form long ago. However, his powerset allows him to possess a wide variety of alternate appearances, including a multitude for each mortal race; a relatively generic and nondescript "Makaioshin" form fitting the general description of the stronger demons in existence, red skin and all, used to interact with the others of his kind when necessary and downplay whatever threat to them he might be, insofar as the Makaioshin ever threaten one another; an oft-changed "tempter" form for when he wishes to personally interact with particular mortals or when he is among groups of mortals of multiple races, at present taking the form of an extremely attractive human male with pale, almost alabaster skin, a powerfully muscular physique of around 195cm tall, wavy blond hair, highly-focused orange-red eyes, and a handsome face; and a rarely-utilised form of a titanic snake, black with red eyes but for its white underbelly and the red diamond pattern along its back, which was what earned Luceptor the nickname of "Serpent King", yet is usually only entered if he needs the extra mass for additional protection in battle or as a matter of intimidating a foe, since turning into a giant snake does not actually increase his ki. Clothing tends to be appropiate for the form, but always incorporates his set of Saiyan armour in some way.

Whilst not exactly an outright sociopath, Luceptor does not feel emotion in the way most mortals do, having complete and utter control over his emotional state at all times. Whilst he is more than capable of mechanically emulating just about any emotion for any situation, such as to make himself look sympathetic, highly charismatic, or non-threatening in the eyes of others, he rarely if ever actually allows himself to internally experience the emotion he is exhibiting, believing that to do so would be foolish of him under any but the most secure of circumstances. The one sensation he allows himself on a regular basis is a sort of cruel, gleeful happiness whenever he successfully engages in his field of evil, namely deceit of any sort, yet to suggest that he shows this joy to others is laughable to him, or at least worthy of a minor chuckle. Why he developed in this particular manner at all is questionable, but one can't say his methods don't work out very well indeed on the majority of people he decides to make any sort of connection with at all. Whilst he does not typically experience emotions, he does possess a clear target: to have as many mortals as possible deceiving each other at all times, and in doing so to increase the sum total of evil in the universe. He "enjoys" when this goal is expanded toward through lying and cheating; he "dislikes" when his targets do not lie or cheat, or perhaps worse perform a deception only to reveal the truth of their own accord at a later date, as such an event actually represents a step backwards relative to his goal, especially if "a lesson is learned" that precludes further lies from that person. With that said, the nature of his evil means that he often works best alongside the machinations of another Makaioshin, though his emotional control somewhat precludes actual friendship; in particular, his best partners tend to be the Makaioshin of Avarice, Lust, and Envy, three types of evil that often lead into situations where a deception must be wrought to escape retribution, whilst he is less fond of working with the Makaioshin of Vulgarity and Hatred for the unsubtle nature of their evil working at odds with Deceit, and utterly despises partnering with those of Bloodlust and Indolence, the very natures of their evils counteracting his own - Bloodlust due to both the relatively honest nature of war (I want the enemy to die) and the fact that the more mortals die, the fewer are left to deceive; Indolence because it makes its victims too slothful to lie about their actions, and often too lazy to even perform acts that would require a lie to avoid in the first place.

Luceptor's earliest memories are somewhat hazy, though he explicitly remembers a great tree, from which he plucked and consumed an apple-like fruit... in hindsight, he believes he may have unintentionally cannibalised the fetal form of another Shin-jin prior to his banishment into the Demon Realm, though he also believes it is entirely possible that this is naught but a lie in and of itself, and that he was born into the Demon Realm and either fought or manipulated his way to the top. Whether or not he was thrown into the Demon Realm or born into its depths, his earliest clear memory at this point is of standing upon the clouds of the demonic gods that ruled over the Realm, of being welcomed into their fold, and of knowing from the depths of... whatever constituted his metaphorical heart at the time... that this was Right. Whether or not it was Right that he be there did not change the unfortunate tedium that living on a giant cloud with only a diviner's orb for entertainment constituted. Though he gained control over his emotional state to dissuade the possibility of boredom (whether or not he did this quickly is difficult to establish when one's life has been exceptionally long), he nevertheless had issues trying to find ways to pass the time, beyond occasionally being sent down to the Demon Realm proper in order to sow falsities and discord amongst the Makaio, and in doing so to spark wars for the Makaioshin's entertainment. Thus, he passed what surprisingly little time he had to himself on that giant cloud developing ki techniques most fitting of his cardinal sin, perfecting them to their ultimate state, and completely discarding them from memory once he grew bored (or "bored", rather) with them and/or found no reasonable way of testing them on the hordes down below. From what he recalls, he has probably recreated many of his previous techniques at least once, if not repeatedly, either unintentionally or otherwise; his current ki techniques have been in development for only a few years at this point, and he imagines he will not be discarding them for a while yet. The gods' entertainment started to pick up a fairly short time ago, when a race of mortals known as the Arcosians found their way into the Demon Realm, and promptly subjugated all ten provinces, the leader claiming himself Lord of the Demon Realm. Amused by his antics (or at least "amused" in Luceptor's case), the Makaioshin let this be so, and listened as the Arcosian Lord explained the state of the universe of mortals, and how the help of such incredibly powerful beings could be very useful in subjugating New Namek and Earth alike. With nothing much else to do with their time, they agreed, and soon had both planets at their mercy... at least until a nigh-omnipotent pink superweapon appeared, sacrificing itself and the vast majority of its power to split into a race of fifty similar beings, which, whilst not exactly threatening to the Makaioshin alone, ironically presented far more of a threat in such numbers to the Arcosian's normal troops than any one entity could have done alone. Ordered to retreat, the Makaioshin withdrew, and promptly found the Arcosian Lord wanting in terms of informativeness when they discovered that an impossibly powerful "Super" Namekian also existed who, had he turned up to the fight, could easily have destroyed all ten of them with a thought. Even so, with that information at hand, they concocted a plan to eradicate this threat, as well as the possibility of any other Namekian of such ludicrous strength ever turning up again, with Luceptor himself at the spearhead. The plan was initially of moderate complexity, yet ultimately turned out to be as simple as entering the Mortal Realm and making homes for themselves upon New Namek, as the Namekian Guardians practically chained themselves to the Makaioshin in order to prevent them from pulling any tricks. This was their undoing, for the combined auras of Negative Manipulation of each Makaioshin soon overwhelmed every Guardian present, Luceptor encouraging them to lie and deceive their fellows at every turn about their darkening hearts until it was far too late for them to change their course, and the Demon Clan of Namekians rose to claim the planet's surface, even converting Piccolo into a dark and twisted version of himself, controlled by the Makaioshin: their greatest threat converted into their most unassailable asset. In a rare turn of events, however, Luceptor found himself intrigued by the magic of the Namekians, even as they fell to the Makaioshin's powers. Studying the fields of magic available for use, he found parallels between some of their techniques and the nature of his own power over illusions, something else he had practiced the techniques of over countless years, decades, centuries... and he said to himself (paraphrased from his thought processes, of course), "Why, I can practically already perform plenty of their magicks through my mastery of ki and illusion manifestation alone; I've materialised and dematerialised armour, weapons, and scouters aplenty. Why not make things slightly easier upon myself and try learning magic proper?" Thus, to level the playing field, he discarded all of his ki techniques at the time, and threw himself into the examination of magic. As it turned out, and though he had no knowledge of the terminology involved, Luceptor was a natural Genius in the use of the mystic arts, whose nature as a God of a realm naturally segregated from that where magic was prevalent had prevented him from learning anything of the sort up until recent. Where it might take a normal mystic many decades to completely master even one mystic focus or become a so-called Master of a certain school of magic, Luceptor seemed almost to start off with an innate understanding of each focus on a detailed level, and only escalated his prowess with magic over the course of another decade and a half to the point of almost complete mastery of the subject on every level... at which point, he steadily grew more and more bored (pardon, "bored") with his magical mastery in much the same way as he had so many of his prior ki techniques, and shortly before the Third Galactic Tournament, expunged his mind of the information so as to start over from the beginning, albeit with a certain degree of magical muscle memory indirectly making relearning the techniques somewhat easier than they had been the first time round. This time, however, he did not start off relearning the magical techniques of his field, but instead began development of a couple of new, or possibly recycled, ki techniques, which he worked upon exclusively for the next four years (with shockingly fast results now that he had no need to practice around the demands of his fellow Makaioshin), and only in the final year prior to the Fourth Galactic Tournament did he begin folding in practice with magical techniques alongside his refinement of the techniques of his ki energy; even minimal practice allowed him rapid re-mastery of three of the focuses within the school of Curses, he found after just six months. It was at around this point that he wondered about how he'd do within the Galactic Tournament with his present skill... most likely, he reasoned, he could utterly curbstomp every other foe in the tournament with no application of skill at all unless another Makaioshin chose to enter for some reason, making the journey itself unfulfilling; yet it would break up a lifestyle which he admitted had reverted to monotony since the war between the Arcosian Empire and the people of Earth and Namek, as well as giving him a great opportunity to not only deceive a great many people into thinking anyone who wasn't him had a chance at victory, but also to trick them into thinking he was somebody else entirely, perhaps manipulate their negative energies to convince the entire colosseum to engage in acts of deception upon others, and maybe, just maybe, he could even make the fights challenging for himself by deliberately not fighting at full strength. The idea brought him some degree of interest, which he allowed to instigate emotions of joyfulness within himself at the thought of such mass manipulation, and a few months of training to precisely control the power he might normally emanate later, he finds himself in the guise of a human, travelling to Arcose, to the colosseum built to contain the battles within each tournament. He plans to enjoy his little vacation, though he wonders if any of the other Makaioshin have had the same idea as him for different reasons.

Base: 50000 Average: 500 Maximum: 62500 To wit, Luceptor frequently pretends at having a base power much lower than what it truly is, including a so-called "true maximum" of 40000, the average for his kind; he revels in his deceptions, and will therefore tend toward using only as much power as is truly necessary to defeat any given opponent in the context of a duel such as what is typical for the Galactic Tournament, only utilising his real power level when his foe is just that strong, or to curbstomp somebody if he feels that they have severely insulted him by repeatedly pulling off his own trick against him.

Luceptor possesses the ability to, through reasonable proximity over a short to moderate period of time, passively amplify the natural inclination of mortals in his vicinity to perform evil acts, in his case having a particularly dramatic effect upon their desire to lie about things and to cheat to get their way, as well as to perform acts such as theft, murder, adultery, or gambling that then necessitate a need to lie and/or cheat, though other typically evil inclinations such as those governed by his fellow Makaioshin are also amplified. Notably, whilst most other Makaioshin have this ability "always on" to at least a minor extent, Luceptor's nature as the Makaioshin of Deceit combined with a period of extensive training in his past allows him to totally disable the ability if so desired, so as to better deal with mortal races for future deception.

Luceptor's unique Makaioshin ability allows him to, at minimal ki expenditure, generate illusory versions of just about any object or being he has seen in the past or can come up with in his mind, with these illusions typically emulating accurate sounds and smells on top of the visual elements, but with no ability to make contact with physical matter and their level of detail determined by what Luceptor can remember or imagine about them. In the case of objects specifically, this can be changed by expending a certain amount of ki to "congeal" the matter and energy needed for the object out of the particles in the air, in effect transforming the illusion into reality, with a moderately high ki expenditure based upon the size of the object being constructed. He can perform a similar process in reverse upon most objects which have not had large amounts of additional ki imbued into them, though even objects that have been soaked with another being's energy can be converted into an illusion if Luceptor's own energy can overwhelm that of the other being within the object in question; in either case, deconstruction of matter also requires ki to perform. The latter two utilities are notably similar to the mystic techniques of Magic Materialisation and Dematerialisation, but rather than generating the new matter from nothing or sending matter into apparent oblivion, this utilises and modifies already-present matter with ki in order to construct or deconstruct the object on a subatomic level, hence the somewhat large cost of performing either act. To wit, deconstruction of living beings into illusory versions of themselves is impossible, since the constant energy output of even a very weak soul or similarly ki-imbued system prevents Luceptor from directly modifying a living entity's body without first killing them, though "dead" biological matter with no soul imbued upon it is fair game. For similar reasons, whilst Luceptor can create biological matter, it will not be imbued with anything resembling a soul, and will therefore be created "dead", if one could call something that was never living to begin with by the term; at best, he can produce meat puppets to manipulate from a distance and send his ki through, which are in no way separate beings to Luceptor himself beyond their physical separation. The exception to this occurs when Luceptor uses his powers upon his own body: since he does not need to contest the power coming from his own soul, he is more than capable of freely manipulating his own body to just as extensive a degree as any inanimate object, which allows for the emulation of a number of ki techniques that revolve around the concept. Aside from his ability to totally alter his physical form at will, as described above, the ki techniques most often emulated by Luceptor are regeneration - a simple enough procedure of creating an illusory version of, say, a lost arm or leg, then constructing the real thing around the illusion - the Four Witches Technique - creating illusory limbs such as arms or even wings in the appropriate places and constructing them into his body, though doing so may take a few moments of concentration to modify his own physiology, especially if more than one pair of additional limbs is generated - and the Multiform Technique, a simple matter of the previously-mentioned meat puppetry as described above, though his ki is not split between the various bodies, instead being wholly emanated and transmitted from his soul, giving all of these meat puppets as much power as a single body at the cost of much higher energy use compared to standard Multiform, assuming all such bodies function at identical capacity to standard, on account of both more energy being utilised overall and the loss of efficiency involved in sending ki to multiple meat puppets for their use. This leads into what Luceptor currently considers the ultimate use of his ability: the opposite of creating new bodies for himself to puppet around, Luceptor actually transforms his entire body into an illusory spectral form, only managing to maintain his "alive" status through an extreme amount of focus that negates the possibility of any complicated trickery, specifically the use of his level 3 and 4 ki techniques and any complex applications of his mystic abilities, until it is reversed. Whilst in this state, Luceptor is intangible, capable of passing through any and all physical matter as though it wasn't there, up to and including the melee attacks of other beings, though he is more than capable of sending his own physical attacks at the target by momentarily converting strike points into physical objects before converting them back to their illusory state; furthermore, a lack of matter holding him back amplifies his speed drastically, and attacking with ki techniques is as simple a matter as before. However, ki techniques are precisely what he is most vulnerable to in this state - with nothing directly shielding his soul from the outside world other than its own energy, he is far more vulnerable to ki attacks as an illusion than in his normal state, and takes ki-based damage to his soul far more readily than to his physical body, though since he can manipulate the exact location of his soul within his illusory body, the only surefire way of directly damaging him with a ki technique is to ensure that it is large enough to engulf his entire body at once, since anything else is very likely to just miss the soul and deal no damage to the illusion itself. Even so, he prefers not utilising this particular state unless it is truly needed, since the concentration required to keep it up precludes the sort of trickery he prefers to enact, and if he is unfortunate enough to be badly distracted, there is every likelihood that his body will dissolve into nothingness, ending his life then and there.

A hex revolving around negatively altering a target's mind, Confusion magically clouds the victim's thoughts to the point that they cannot think clearly, amongst other things. Naturally, Luceptor is a master of this spell, being able to precisely affect how the victim thinks to the point of generating hallucinations, temporarily rewiring a victim's brain to perform actions other than what they intended, and even to trigger permanent mental illnesses if he is given enough uninterrupted time to work with the victim.

Magically absorbs an opponent's ki from either their aura or their energy attacks, draining the opponent over time whilst temporarily strengthening the user. Given Luceptor's significant degree of power, the draining effect on most beings in the current state of the universe is far more exacerbated than it would be when used by a weaker entity, causing significantly weaker opponents than Luceptor himself to lose energy extremely rapidly relative to their actual power; the Makaioshin also has a tendency to utilise stolen ki to fuel his unique ability rather than purely for boosting his own power, so as to ensure he does not waste his own energy needlessly, though he is more than trained enough to utilise significant power increases where needed.

Magically drains the life force from a target, typically killing them in quite short order, particularly if they are far weaker than the user in terms of ki. As a very ki-powerful mystic, Luceptor's use of this ability tends to kill victims within a few seconds, though it may take up to ten minutes if the target is as strong as himself, and can fail entirely if the target is far stronger than himself. With that in mind, he dislikes using this curse for actual battle purposes, since he enjoys watching his opponents get frustrated at how he always seems to have another level of power to "ascend" to, amongst his other ways of toying with foes, though he will do it as an uncharacteristically pragmatic first resort if he feels an opponent poses any sort of legitimate threat to him.

One of the few actual ki techniques Luceptor currently possesses, the Makaioshin fires beams of gray energy from his eyes at the target, typically as a surprise attack when they think they have him cornered or otherwise at their mercy (which usually only occurs because Luceptor wishes them to think that this is the case). This can be either a single concentrated burst of energy, with either a piercing or explosive effect on impact, or a sustained beam that moves with the turning of his eyes, head and body, and is capable of slicing through most substances and weaker fighters; naturally, any single use of this technique can and usually is doubled up by firing from both eyes at once, and beams can be covertly charged deep within his eyeballs to produce a more powerful effect when necessary.

A technique requiring a lot of control to utilise effectively, hence its status as a level 3 technique, Luceptor initially and rapidly creates what appears to be a large ball of bright red, overly fluorescent energy, and throws it at an opponent. At the same time, however, he covertly charges quite a lot of energy within his body, and how that energy is utilised is what makes the technique special. Should an opponent counter the energy ball with a ki attack of their own, or choose to dodge out of the way, it will turn out that the energy ball itself is utterly insubstantial, containing barely enough ki to kill an average human in most cases; at this point, it will turn out that Luceptor has used the ball's highly distracting colour scheme and false threat sneak up right behind them, and will then typically launch a highly overcharged energy wave at the target from point-blank range for heavy damage. On the other hand, if the opponent chooses to guard against or even attack the energy ball directly, it will open up right before it makes contact, closing up with them in it and revealing itself as a hollow shell; should this happen, Luceptor will take advantage of the target's likely confusion and proceed to send his charged energy into the energy ball, making it vastly more powerful and causing it to implode on to the target, striking them with the entire energy content of the attack from all directions at once and usually inducing severe injuries. Thus, any possible method an opponent might have to deal with the attack effectively is negated unless they are extremely powerful, in a manner most fitting of Luceptor's titular evil.

Weapons: Luceptor can create his own weapons with his unique ability, though he has not yet established the minutiae of emulating the technology behind energy encapsulation; thus, anything he produces at present is functionally a normal weapon, though as with any normal weapon, he and other ki users can send their ki into created weapons to empower them as they might empower their own fists. Armor: Whilst he does not necessarily require it, Luceptor possesses examples of both layers of body armour prevalent in the world, created with his unique ability, which he has decided to wear at all times; such armour is modelled after the Four Colours of Lies as depicted in many human psychology textbooks, with the outer layer being primarily black with a gray secondary scheme, the under layer being deep red, and white trim finishing off the look on both layers. Items: Luceptor possesses an enhanced scouter created with his unique ability, which he is quite capable of rebuilding should it be broken in the course of battle. Zeni: A Makaioshin has no need for something as petty as "money".

Name: Expial Race: Majin Homeworld: Earth Current Location: Arcose Affiliation: Nobody in particular. Age: 20
Expial appears as a dark green humanoid figure, about two meters tall, with a fairly muscular build reminiscent of Majin Buu's Super form, a set of seven evenly-spaced holes in his head (with three similar holes down each arm and five across the top of his chest), green eyes similar to those of Super Buu with white sclerae rather than black, and a trio of long tentacles sprouting from his head and running down his back to his feet. His clothing (insofar as something that may as well be part of his body can be considered as such) is also similar to that of Buu's Super form, though not precisely identical - where the original Majin's baggy trousers were consistently white through all of their forms, Expial's are a solid black colour, and his boots, whilst they are much taller and wider on his legs, also retain this solid black colouration with no distinguishing markings upon them, making it difficult to tell where one ends and the other begins. He retains the Majin's trademark curly "M" belt to hold up his trousers, but does not wear anything on his hands, arms, or indeed any part of his upper body.

Imagine ThatGuyBarney as a green blob monster. Voice and all. So somewhat less unfocused than most other Majins, emirite lel. On a serious note, though, he is quite intelligent and motivated to train his natural abilities to ever-greater extents, and takes pride in how relatively skilled he is in enhancing these abilities.

Expial was born knowing his name, much the same as any other Majin. He didn't quite get why he'd been created like that, but he was, and that was that. In any case, he was born into a war against the Arcosian military, and though he's not quite sure how much he contributed before the Arcosian military retreated, he knows he was in a group with at least four other Majins, who then proceeded to become close friends for the next half a decade or so; these were Supakal, Ifraji, Listick, and Iddoshuss. These five returned to Earth, and wandered for several years, engaging in mischief and mayhem for a fair while, before ultimately joining the Red Ribbon Gang as some of their more powerful members. Yet where his fellows were content to do whatever their superiors told them, Expial steadily became more and more disillusioned with the sometimes atrocious activities that were asked of them; where his friends seemed to forget every bad thing they did, every murder or crippling of innocents performed, Expial found himself unable to do so; and ultimately, he pointed out the seriousness of what they were doing under the RRG compared to what they had been doing before joining, stating that he wanted no further part in it. Yet his allies seemed to be unable to understand why killing people was bad, even after prolonged explanation. That's what they were created to do, surely? Why was doing it to some people different from doing it to others? What do you mean by "innocent"? Hasn't everyone done some bad things at some point? And so on and so forth, until eventually Expial simply gave up, shucked his allegiances, stole a fighter class spaceship from someone or other, and left the planet. He spent the next several years exploring between worlds, examining the local cultures and generally satisfying his built-in need for stimulation. At the same time, he also considered his racial abilities; his time on Earth had led him into knowledge regarding the original Majin Buu, specifically that he possessed a very large number of built-in abilities that most of the new Majin race did not. More specifically, both possessed regeneration, but the original's could rebuild him from quite literally a few atoms, where his replacements had to have a significant body part intact to do so; many Majin possessed some ability to manipulate their bodies, yet the original Buu could enact all of the traits so far exhibited and then some, up to and including absorption to increase his power, something which no Majin he knew of could replicate. Yet. With that in mind, and knowing what other abilities the Majin race had from what his friends exhibited, he decided that the Majins should have their opportunity to rebuild themselves to the glory of Buu himself, even if they didn't know that the opportunity existed yet, starting with Expial. And thus, between his jaunts of satisfying his entertainment requirements, he began training his body to re-enact these incredible abilities - he has injured himself countless times to stimulate his regeneration, eventually to the point of blowing himself up to try and leave behind smaller and smaller pieces of himself to regenerate from, a tactic that has steadily improved his regeneration over time; he has attempted over and over again to try and manipulate his body structure in ways other than increasing his size, eventually succeeding in transforming himself into a liquid the way Listick could, and even utilising this liquid state to do something no other Majin had done before him by altering his body parts outright, producing tentacles, extra arms and legs, and on one occasion even wings, as unnecessary as those were; and whilst he hasn't yet got the hang of either stretching his limbs or controlling those body parts that have been separated from him, he's sure he'll achieve a breakthrough sooner rather than later, with the intent of focusing on absorption once everything else is sufficiently mastered. To test himself at this stage, he has decided to enter the Fourth Galactic Tournament, the previous three being something he only watched from afar; whilst he's quite positive that he'll lose horrendously to some of the stronger contestants in the tournament, he intends to take it in stride, and ideally adapt his unique abilities to assure a victory or two comes about for him, perhaps even against otherwise overwhelming odds.

Base: 12000 Average: N/A, see below. Maximum: 15000 Expial's power level has a tendency to fluctuate wildly outside of combat, depending on his emotions at the time. Whilst he evidently has enough control to not break everything he touches, getting near him whilst he is flailing around and doesn't know you're there is liable to lead to disaster.

The Majins have the ability to manipulate their bodies in various ways. In Expial's case, he was originally only able to inflate himself in order to grow to gigantic sizes, but later trained himself to transform himself into a liquid state too, and even to modify his body's appearance through this liquidation; he is working on both limb extension and controlling separate limbs at this point.

All Majins have the ability to regenerate as long as a significant portion of their body is intact, like a hand, foot, head, forearm, etc. In Expial's case, he has trained his regeneration to be far more intense, letting him come back from being naught but a tiny splatter of material, though anything smaller than what the naked eye can see will almost certainly not be enough to regenerate from. This ability requires a great deal of concentration, and the required time to complete it is dependent on how much of the body has been destroyed, though said time can be reduced through expenditure of ki. Due to such restrictions, this ability is very difficult to use in the midst of battle.

This attack is pretty much exactly what it sounds like - in the middle of a melee engagement, Expial grabs the opponent's face with one hand, typically after turning it liquid and covering their head with it to both suffocate them and help prevent escape, then uses that hand to fire ki blasts into their face repeatedly. He can also charge these blasts to increase the damage they do, at the obvious cost of fire rate, and it is naturally very difficult for somebody to escape without receiving at least one face blast.

Technically, the main component of this attack is just a pair of green ki blades set at right angles to one another, a construct which can be formed upon any limb at any time given a moment to generate the blades; what makes this technique special is how Expial uses it. He first utilises his ability to turn into a liquid and reshape his own body to convert each of his limbs into a set of six tentacles as long as those on his head, whilst also growing three more tentacles from his head that hang down over the front of his body, again down to his feet; he will usually also utilise his ability to inflate his body to grow to a giant size to further increase the effectiveness of the technique. Then he generates these cross-shaped blades over every single tentacle on his body, starts hovering, and begins spinning around wildly in every direction, functionally converting himself into an oversized energy blender that can quite readily cut into bite-sized pieces most beings that wander into it, with no fear of killing or even severely injuring himself due to his body's composition. Add in the use of his ki sense to home in on his targets, and it becomes very difficult indeed for anyone to deal with him without a very specialised skillset, or simply impossibly good swordsmanship.

Weapons: No Armor: No Items: No... oh wait, the fighter class spaceship that he uses to fly around space. Yes. Zeni: No
