"What if I make a new sword for you?" He questioned. "Any specific features, I can get. Give me a stick and a shard of glass I can make you a spear, give me a list of needs and wants, and I can create a masterpiece." He was in the East Market, finding a forgery couldn't be too hard and he could junk together the rest. "What do ya say?
