My Bolt character was only a level 15 or 16 as well and my primary guy. I made another with a red ring called the Red Comet, and another with earth/rock manipulation called Stonewall. 

In other news, where were you when I redid Titans and had Nightstar and a new group chase after an alien GotG style? And weren't you a kaiju fan too? Tried an Ultramen RP that had a lot of interest initially but then couldn't keep momentum through to the OOC...
