I feel like she has enough already. It's almost laughable to be asking you to remove one technique given the sheer magnitude she possesses, but nonetheless this should be removed. Even if she could only apply it to one portion of her body at a time, it's too much on top of everything else.

Would these individuals have any significant/relevant fighting prowess? If so...I need to know around what level they'd be to know if this is fine in combat.

My problem with this is we don't know who the past Sankages/Hokages were so there's no way for me to fact check you on what skills you're drawing from Yggdrasil via this technique. I'm fine with it enhancing her ability to deal with various combat tactics, or sharpening her mind, but I'm not really fine with it actually giving her more skills since she's already VERY skilled in plenty of areas.[/hider]
