If everything was allowed in an rp, portals wouldn't be the most op offensive move known to man. Time, gravity and true reality/dimension manipulation is way more op than creating mere portals/wormholes. Time first of all is undoubtedly the most op power since all things reside within it which means that being able to manipulate it would give you dominance over nearly everything in the physical realm. One could simply go back in time and prevent their enemies from existing or they could stop the flow of progress for but a moment in order to kill them. They could also speed their desired target's lifespan exponentially to the point that they become dust or vice-versa. If used properly, a person that can manipulate gravity can make you go splat or just send you off to space where you'll die instantly due to a multitude of reasons. Creating portals is part of dimension/reality manipulation but it isn't the strongest way of reality alteration but I'll leave it at that. Also, someone who specializes in draining bio electricity could easily deal with a portal user, since all the nerves in the body utilize bio electricity in order to transfer signals to one another. Taking away an individual's bio electricity means instant death if you didn't realize it, even for a person like wolverine or Deadpool(I might be wrong but I doubt it). I could go all day with this but hopefully you know just how powerful portal creation is as of now. 

Besides, even if you were right, it wouldn't make much a difference since having ultra regeneration isn't far from it. Honestly, having such an ability(To your stated extent) is in every way cheap because it makes you either immortal or semi-immortal. And that takes the fun out of it because if you're playing with a char that cannot die by normal means then why fight at all? Are you really that unskilled as an rper that you need an op ability to compensate for it? I'm just saying. You've got to be really cheap or inexperienced to want to use something like that. Not to mention that you want to use it in a Bleach rp where fighting is top dawg like come on now. Plus you want to be a captain? Just how op do you want to get? Why can't you just try to be original and refrain from implementing abilities that come from an overpowered universe into your future creation? Eh, that's just me though...
