[@hagroden] Um... I don't mind if you make a neutral who specializes in those things. You can be as evil as you may like, but as for the overall conflict... Not really. I have that set up, and Neutrals aren't generally a concern at this point as they aren't one of the two purist empires. But you can be evil and do bad things all you want.  

As for born out of dark arts... if you mean created by magic then no. There is summoning abilities, but to the extent of making a human being is a power that maybe the circle of Magi could perform. And they have no interest in creating a Neutral, so I'd have to say no.

And no clue what lovecraft is, but it does sound interesting.
