So the shinobi war, as it says in the OP, was 10 years ago and it lasted 15 years.

You state that he is 24, but if he was born 14 years [i]before[/i] the war, then that would be 14+15+10=39. So either he was born one year into the war and didn't participate because he was too young (which is totally fine), or you increase his age to answer what you stated.

Everything else you mentioned seems fine, but you do need to alter that timeline a bit so he's either older or the same age.

Once that is corrected then I'll take a second look and then accept it.
