[@Zobozun] Magica. Is magic. Is out of the world of science and Machina completely. Energy refers to things such as heat energy. Like real world science. There is no Magica in real world science. Magica is so different from other types of energy. If you really want I can say Cortex can replicate all but Magica, but under no circumstances can the Machina practice replicate Magica, as it sort of defeats the purpose then. Bottom line, it cannot make Magica in any way, end of story.
