That's the point on why he was placed in Earth.

The Duel Academy would have known he'd had good card draws (because they're psychic, you know) and that he made no risks.

You can't be a professional duelists without making any risks.

Unless you run Nekroz, Tellarknights, Shaddoll or Burning Abyss.
