Okay so to quick get this done all that really needs to be done is the cooldowns, they need to be upped a bit.

[u]Shikai Skills[/u]

1. Having no cool down on this skill could be a problem and usually simple skills like this have at least a 2 post cool down which is what I suggest.

2. For this skill I'd say it needs to be upped to 3 post cool down

3. For this one I'd say a 4 post cool down. 


[u]Bankai Skills[/u]

1. Like the first Shikai skill this one needs a cool down and due to it being able to home in I'd say it has a multiple choice cool down. 3 posts cool down if firing one, 4 post cool down if firing two or a 5 post cool down if firing 3.

2. For this one I'd say a 5 post cool down

3. For this I'd say 4 post cool down...but that is entirely dependent on if he fires all 3 or just 1

4. I think this needs some form of duration so I'd say a 10 post duration and then a 15 post cool down with a chance of being used twice per battle.

5. For this I'd say a 3 post cooldown

6. I'd say this just has a one time use seeing as it can only be used whilst the 4th skill is active.

Also just a note. Remember this is an Alternate Universe so nothing from Past RP's or Canon really exists here...or more people wise it doesn't.
