[b]Recent History:[/b] House Salthowl are bannermen of  the Manderlys, and their humble seat of Deepport sits not far from Whiteharbour itself. 

They are a simple, unassuming House, comprised of some of the less stalwart northerners. During the Dance of Dragons they sided with the Blacks, supporting both the Manderlys and their Stark overlords; supplying a decent bastion of soldiers to the cause. Whilst the civil war was costly, the Salthowls have already begun rebuilding, and their hearty fishing imports have helped to soften the blows dealt to them during the dance.

[b]Name:[/b] Harldur Salthowl 

[b]Age:[/b] 31

[b]Appearance:[/b] Harldur has a firm, hard face, with closely-cropped ginger hair, and shrivelled dull green eyes. He is well-built, but has an element of softness to his muscular body, and a slightly prominent stomach. 

[b]Biography:[/b] The Lord of Deepport, Harldur is crucial to the managing  of House Salthowl, and resides over as its undisputed master.

Harldur grew up behind the bleak stone walls of Deepport, and his earliest years were sheltered and dull. He was educated as was befitting of a young lordling, but was raised within the shadow of his strapping older brother. 

Despite their differences, Harldur and his sibling were inseparable, spending all their free time together. 

As they reached young adulthood, the two would sneak out into the Streets of Deepport, spending their nights gallivanting about in disguise, drinking and whoring with the unsuspecting common folk. 

But alas, it could not last.

As times changed so too did the brothers, and Harldur became a pious man, studying the faith of the seven with zealous passion. Never expecting to be Lord of House Salthowl, Harldur's life revolved around his dedication to the gods...until the day a voyage gone wrong claimed his brother and his sister-in-laws lives. Devasted, Harldur soon had the responsibility of not only governing Deepport, but also caring for his dead brother's children. 

And then came civil war.

 He accompanied the Black Host into battle during the Dance with Dragons, and became one of the few nobles able to boast real front line experience. 

In the aftermath of the war, Harldur has worked closely with the people of Deepport in rebuilding in the wake of the costly civil war, and has become regarded with a mixture of sneering contempt and begrudging respect by his subjects.

His relationship with his nieces is tough and strained, by he tries with all his might to do what he believes is best for them, and House Salthowl as a whole.

[b]Name:[/b] Wylla Salthowl

[b]Age:[/b] 16

[b]Appearance:[/b] Naturally, Wylla has a fairly masculine and stocky build, with her more curvaceous attributes coming from the extra fat on her chunky frame. She has pudgy cheeks, a bulging stomach, and flabby upper-arms. Large breasted and broad shouldered, Wylla has coppery ginger curls flecked with streaks of fiery auburn, and glistening green closely-set eyes.

[b]Biography:[/b] One of the two Salthowl daughters, Wylla has always been introverted and bookish, with a subtle hint of outgoing flirtatiousness. She is of an academic nature, and her harp-playing skills are renowned. 

She has lived a life of relative comfort within Deepport, surrounded by the books she has grown to love over the years.

[b]Name: [/b]Hayllisa Salthowl

[b]Age:[/b] 18

[b]Appearance:[/b] Whilst Wylla is chubby and overweight, Hayllisa is huge and obese. The young woman has an immense boulder of a stomach, huge flabby legs, puffy cheeks, and a double chin. She has the same gleaming green eyes as her sister, but her tangled knots of hair are a far more scorching shade of red.

[b]Biography:[/b] Cunning and conniving, Hayllisa has grown up weary of the ever-changing political landscape, and enjoys playing people off of each other. Dominative and sadistic, the worst traits of her parents manifest themselves darkly in the eldest of the Salthowl daughters, and her reputation is one which is despoiled with shady rumours and hearsay.
