[@Nosuchthing] Character seems fine with me, though I think the power could use a little tweaking. For the most part, it's fine (Kinda felt it sounded a bit too fantasy, but you turned it around with the science aspects, so I'll let it slide). The first and third forms are fine with me. I just think you need to give them specific weaknesses.

I'm not super sure how I feel about the second form, though. It's abilities are pushing it just a [i]little[/i] bit, and it could be changed around a bit.

Also, I should note that the Dynamics section is for relationships with other characters, not family members. Personally, it just clogs it up a bit.
