[@Lord Santa] It will work fine going in rounds. Consider a turn as an instance of time. Things happen a bit slower but everyone stays in time, in same instance a bit better.

[@Baklava] Like [@BytheSpleen] said it directs attention. Later in the game depending how you all play, there might come cases when you are not in the same place. Then tagging will direct attention to the posts that are relevant for playing the character. If you don't like doing it, you don't have to :) And I can do it like BytheSpleen and tag in the beginning or in the end instead of when a character is mentioned the first time in the post.
