"Right ok so me and my friends here are gonna go so yeah, Mr.Abernathy where is the kitchen I would like to see I can get a few pictures." Lucas, Fred, Lilly, and Riley (the cats on their respective shoulders) start to back away from the people who look like they are about to explode into a flurry of combat.
"Damn I didn't get a picture of him dissipating." Lucas walks over and picks up Ater's necklace and puts it on Fred."There ya go now that looks better on you than on that weird guy."
Jake was driving and wound up in a forest his map said the mansion was through so going off road with his blazer he started for the mansion. When he arrived by the mansion he saw some person with wings standing in front of the door as she broke a cats neck with her hair......Jake loved cats.....He was outraged by the cat murderer. He proceeded to run his blazer through the fence and slam it right into penelope and used his hydraulics to slam her head deeper into the ground with every bound then backed his blazer up and smashed her head in repeatedly with his titanium crowbar with iron outer service.."BREAKING A DEFENSELESS CAT'S NECK I'LL KILL YOU YOU UGLY DAUGHTER OF A MOTHERLESS GOAT!!!!.As her head slowly disintegrated and more and more blood painted his body he started calming down "Hi sorry about that I like cats."He said as he rubbed the back of his neck."I'm not always like that by the way I'm Jake also known as Krazy-J"He laughed a little bit at his last statement then smiled and waved at the group.
Abernathy, still looking wearily between Minako, Makoto, and Penelope, glances back at Lucas and his friends. "Ah, yes, the kitchen. It's actually quite large in this establishment. You'll find an entrance either in the ballroom, or in the back of the foyer we're in right now, second door to the left over there." Suddenly, there is a loud yowl from the balcony atop the stairs. Abernathy looks up to see Amelia perched on the railing, her fur spiked up in a sense of alarm. Once the sound of a roaring engine from outside becomes rapidly closer, Abernathy braces himself for what he knows is about to happen. He squeezes his eyes shut instinctively when the vehicle slams through the mansion wall and into Penelope, but still hears the startled scream of Sylena, and the heavy sounds of demon Minako leaping out of the way. Even though Penelope is caught off guard by the savage attack, halfway through, the pain becomes null and void, and it just becomes tedious to her. Once Jake finally stops, Penelope melts her beaten body into a shadowy puddle, moving along the floor until she makes it to the bottom of the stairs. She re-materializes as dripping, half-formed black shadow version of herself, eyes glowing like malicious violet lights. "I suppose I truly WAS right to call you destructive bastards." Penelope hisses in a slightly distorted voice. "I'll leave you all be for now to play with your new psychotic friend, here. But I assure you....I'll be back to stop you before you get too much closer. I'll do whatever I can to protect my friend from him...." With that threatening promise spoken out, Penelope outstretches wings, and flies almost faster than the eye can follow up into one of the hallways upstairs... "Thank goodness, the fight is off...." Sylena sighs with relief. "Penelope can be quite scary when she's mad....but, then again, I suppose our new friend here can just as well." Luxton smirks, gesturing to Jake. "That was a simply marvelous entrance, my good man! Well done!" "Krazy-J, huh? Pleasure to meet you." Makoto looks down at the newcomer. "Apologies for how we look now. We don't usually look like this." "He's right. We just used these forms in anticipation for battle." Minako agrees. "But, now that she's run off like a coward...I feel a sense of hunger beginning to return..." She mutters, looking upstairs. She knows that somewhere up there, Myriatte is lurking about. Perhaps she and Makoto could get another meal from the cult leader, to avoid eating any of the more useful demons in the mansion... "Abernathy," Makoto begins, looking towards the now-broken wall of the mansion, "Is that...fixable?" "Oh, worry not." Abernathy answers. "Whenever major damage like that happens, something always fixes it. A power of the house maybe. Anyway, it'll be patched within an hour or two." "What if we destroyed the whole place? Could all the spirits be free?" Minako questions. "No. There'd still be a field of energy preventing our escape, and the whole place would be back up in a day or less." Abernathy shakes his head. Meanwhile, over by the wall, Amaiyo is waking up again. She stands up, yawns, and twists her head back into place with a happy little kitten smile. Suddenly, there's a loose, dainty metal noise, and she freezes in her tracks with a sick sort of dread present on her face. She sits on her knees on the floor with her back to everyone, and watches something shiny, colored in gold and silver, drop into her paws. It's broken into a few pieces from her neck being broken. While she's staring at the gold and silver necklace, something else slips underneath her weaved cord, which hid the necklace in the first place, and clatters to the floor. Amaiyo hurries to scoop this up too, seeing that it is a jewel, clear but colored in the shining spectrum of colors. Amaiyo looks at these pieces and begins trembling violently. "N-no....nonono....." Abernathy turns to see the trembling little angel cat, and slowly approaches her. "Amaiyo? Are you alright....?" "I-I'm fine...." Amaiyo stands up slowly, clearly lying to Abernathy and herself, since the tone of her voice is high and tinny, as if she's about to cry. "Amaiyo, what's wrong?" Abernathy, usually scared of this dangerous little entity, starts feeling a little more sympathy for her when he hears how sad she sounds. Amaiyo turns around with the broken pendant, and Abernathy is hit even harder with sympathy when he sees the small cat's one good eye brimming with glittery tears. She says something, which is incoherent due to the high squeakiness of its tone, an runs off crying towards the front steps outside of the mansion. "...For someone so scary, she's certainly got a movingly innocent side...poor thing." Sylena frowns. "I'll....be right back. I apologize for not greeting you more formally, new guest, but I'm sure you understand." Abernathy bows to Jake, nods to everyone else, and pursues Amaiyo. Luckily, she didn't go too far, sitting forlorn on the bottom step outside. "...What is it that got broken there?" Abernathy cautiously sits next to her, eyeing the pendant. "S....s-something from my first ever friend..." Amaiyo sniffles. "S-she...s-s-she...." "Who is she?" Abernathy asks with a gentle patience in his voice, treating Amaiyo as if she were a distraught child- which, she might as well be. "S-she...was an angel who...kept me safe and taught me not to kill people I didn't have to...." Amaiyo whimpers. "But...I'm a dangerous...d-dangerous abomination...she was supposed to get rid of me, and got in trouble for it....t-this necklace is all I have left..." "I see." Abernathy nods slowly, trying to think of a solution. He brightens up a bit once he thinks he's found one. "Amaiyo, I think I know who can fix this for you. Your friend was an angel?" "Y-yeah...." Amaiyo looks up at Abernathy with her big blue eye, wiping it dry. "Well, why don't we go talk to our resident angel Ellysa, then? She's got to have something." Abernathy smiles a bit. "You really think so?" Amaiyo's ears perk up. "Well, we can at least ask. Come on, lets go find her!" Abernathy stands up. Amaiyo hops up onto her feet next to him, looking much happier, as per usual. "Yaaaaay! Thank you, Mr. Dinosaur-guy!"
Lucas turns toward where Abernathy said the kitchen would and walks with his group towards it. Turning back Lucas is shocked to see a car rammed into the side of the house."Well thats new." He then turns back around and completely ignores the crazy man who had gotten out of the car.
