TBH the posting was just too fast. I had a hard time jumping and being able to keep up. I didn't really want to quit because this seems like such an awesome rp but it was very very fast paced. I can try to get a re-cap on what is going on and I can post again.

@Weird Tales That's coming at some point, actually. @LadyTale wanted the beginning to really just be character interaction and development, and the action and plot was gonna come in later (mentioning you in this post so you can pop in and re-confirm; don't want to make it seem like i'm speaking for you)

@Yorutenchi Well, right now'll be the best time to pop back in! (seriously, you haven't noticed? It slowed to an hilariously upsetting crawl.) Seeing as this was meant to be the character development phase, honestly nothing here would be really be relevant to your character (unless you want it to be. I mean, Beanna was in the scene with the encounter on the target range, have her mull over what went down in that if you need a jumping off point).

Otherwise, take this chance to flesh her out a bit. Maybe she has friends, maybe she prefers to be alone. Establish your own little supporting cast, if need't be. Take a chance to get invested!

Kind of glad you replied, I wanted some clarity with your character. Beanna's character pic: is that an accurate drawing? Does she have the pale skin, the yellow eyes, the...three sets of ears? (those are ears, right?)

Sure. Is there anything that has happened of significance yet or do I just need to read it to see where a good place to jump in would be?

Basically, all that's happening is Ephraim, Adrian, and Ephidel sneaking off to mess with Nycteris's tracking class.

Here's my outline for this RP:

The first part, which we've mostly done, is character development. A chance for our characters to form friendships and alliances, and to show what they're capable of.

The second part will be the war. Our Forgotten characters will have to fight those loyal to the gods. I intend for this part to take a while; there will be ambushes, skirmishes, and full-out battles. A war cannot be won in days, but we won't show all of it. That would take too long.

Third and final part, after the war. The Forgotten will win, of course, but what do they do after that? This part will be about our characters finding their place in the world now that they've won. Romance, friendships, a bit of monster fighting, if people want that.

Of course, everyone else can introduce plot twists, if they run them by me first. An RP is more fun if everyone has some input on the way it goes.

Alright. I'll get to reading the last few posts. Should I be along with the tracking group?

If you want to be, sure. It's not entirely necessary. Or, you can be off doing your own thing.
