[@Archmage MC] Sure thing about the Void Shield (which was not mentioned, rather that she's stationary whilst utilising it), but I'd personally not consider the transformations "class changes" per se. In my opinion, and assuming there even is any variance in a fighter's traits at similar high levels, Frieza is always exceptionally tough for his power level; Cell is always fairly high-end in all statistics, though moreso in his "more perfect" forms; Buu is always fairly non-tanky (though that's more due to "actively" letting attacks hurt him than due to actually being non-durable), but with absurd regeneration and a fairly tricky nature, given the size of his bag of tricks. Basically, the transformations might give slight changes to physical "statistics", but they are first and foremost a power increase, and being able to effortlessly match that power increase every time just strikes me as very, very cheap. Also, not sure what move you're referring to, it doesn't appear to be listed in his moveset on the DBZ wiki.
