Elizabeth, as always, had in her mind the goal to be head of her own country. This was in fact a profession possible, as peculiar as that might have seemed. This was the most important of the two primary reasons as for her diligence in her studies and work in the academy, the other being her own pride. Also of note to Elizabeth at the moment was the tree. When, in the not so distant past, she had been told that the castle was sentient, she was filled with bewilderment and awe in equal measure. It was such a marvel for such a phenomenon to exist in the world, even in a magical one. She had no questions.
