Psyche: He doesn't like being wrong, and will fight to prove that he's right.  He really doesn't like being treated like a kid or like he is less than someone else, and has been known to turn violent after being belittled.  He's also a drug addict, and his drug of choice is neo-epinephrine (neo).

History: He grew up on the streets until he was twelve, having to fight for his life.  One day he was spotted by Oliver North while he was surveying the area for renovation, and after he made sure to spend as much time as he could around the rich man, Queen ended up adopting him. After that he was trained as the Green Arrow's sidekick and raise as the heir to Queen's fortune.
Three months ago Roy found a stash of Neo-epinephrine on a chemically enhanced villain he fought.  Already curious about why criminals would use drugs to gain super-powers, he injected some into himself and was amazed by the results.  Green Arrow was also impressed with his recent improvement, at least until he caught Roy shooting up before they attacked a gang headquarters.  They got into a fight and, after the raid was over and the criminals locked away, Roy packed his bags and headed to Gotham, where he new Dr. Jeffery Burr, inventor of neo-epinephrine lived.  He tracked the man down and arranged to by the drug directly, making it both cheaper and purer at the same time.
He now lives in an apartment in Gotham, where he will take down Wayne Enterprises to prove to Ollie that the drug can help them.
