[@Vetis] Well since your cs is still in its developmental stages, it's hard to put a grade on his power level. For history, I'd recommend you simply brainstorm. By that I mean break it down to several sections and work on it one at a time. Kind of like when you eat a large bowl of food. You can't just stuff it all in since your mouth lacks the capacity to do so. However if you pick em apart then it becomes possible. That's what's called 'Divide and Conquer'. Afterwards, read your conpleted backstory and imagine your char reacting to each and every scenario within it(both physically and mentally) and you have your persona before you know it.

As for the skills, I don't really know how many you get either, so it's best to converse with one of the badass gms about that.
