He's the devilishly charismatic type, experienced in making deals and building bridges with all the wrong kinds of company. And above all, he is never one to give up on a goal until it's fulfilled.

[b]Bio:[/b] The details of Frank's early life prior to both his "career", and the current events taking place, are kept well under wraps. The most anyone could ever find out with some hard-to-find info would be his role as leader of an organization called "the Sunflower Group". And in a figurative sense, Frank's beginning and the Sunflower Group's founding are tied together.

The Sunflower Group is a combination of a bounty hunting team and an auctioning company. Relatively small and lacking in reputation, though they intend to remedy both of these issues. Human abduction and trafficking have been their mainstay, but after the introduction of power-wielding individuals just this week, their interests shifted. It didn't take long at all for a plethora of unidentified organizations and no-names to put their requests on the market for these newfound "anomalous specimens", which has tipped off many illegal operational forces as to their existence.
