[indent]“Auribus Teneo Lupum”, or better known by its literal translation, “I hold the wolf by the ears”. Sword of Damocles, doubtful advantage, double-edged blade, a dead man’s switch, or whatever you’d like to call the situation; being a demon who wishes for peace is like being the lion who plays with the lamb. Unheard of, unseen, and just plain [i]wrong[/i]. Deimos is stuck between instincts and intellect -all while emotions play a vital part- a factor which may one day become his hamartia. 

› ᴅᴇɪᴍᴏs ∷ ᴅʀᴇᴀᴅ ‹
Hostile and assertive with the unfortunate addition of aggressive behavior, it’s quite difficult for anyone to imagine Deimos being a ‘good guy’. Deimos’ overall goal may not be the same as his fellow demons, however, he sees no reason to change his current demeanor. As long as he’s against the demons, his approach to it shouldn’t matter, right? Besides, no matter what he says or does, Deimos will always be a demon. And he will always be looked at differently for it.

› ᴍᴀsϙᴜᴇ ∷ ғᴀçᴀᴅᴇ ‹
Like a siren, Deimos is charming with a chillingly uncanny ability to lure any unwary company. Ever since joining the peace seekers, Deimos has attempted to suppress the urge. Occasionally, however, there are times when he simply cannot resist the temptation and finds himself slowly reverting to his former ways. Deimos eventually realized that the only way to stop the urges was to block out his feelings. Now he hides himself away and never dares to open up to others, leaving yet another mystery for everyone else to figure out.

› ᴠᴇsᴘᴇʀᴜs ∷ ᴇᴠᴇɴɪɴɢ ‹
Deimos may be a wolf in sheep’s clothing but he works alongside the shepherd’s dogs. He is the silent watch who works from the shadows, where he has lived during his entire existence. Deimos has always had a thing for the darkness -literally and figuratively- and even had powers which involve shadows. Also, though Deimos works alongside the dogs, he never joins in the hunt after wolves. Nota bene, water may be sweet but blood is thicker…[/indent]

[indent]Have you ever tried to associate personalities with a color? Ma'ai would be a pastel shade, but not a particularly bland color; perhaps [color=FAA691]rose gold[/color]. He's pretty mellow albeit with a definite underlying layer of 'spice' which finally bubbles to the surface once he gets comfortable. Ma'ai tries his best to avoid standing out so he's a bit of a stickler for the rules and rarely does more than necessary, but the man will surely make it his business if he finds himself witnessing a situation that requires intervention. Aforementioned angel isn't lazy, per se, but he is a prime example of not-my-job-not-my-problem mentality. That being said it's almost ironic that his three most popular traits are punctuality, organization, and dependability.[/indent]

[indent]Ma'ai was born into a family with a long history of serving for the military. So naturally, it was expected that he followed the predestined role. The angel had no qualms about this and actually looked forward to the honor; he has been on active duty since he was 19.[/indent]

[indent]5'11" tall, molten-gold eyes, grey-purple hair, pale skin, back tattoos. Wings are white and medium in size with plumage structure similar to parrots (a balanced combination of appearance and utility; smooth but rigid enough to be ideal for flight).[/indent]
