[@Eviledd1984] the GM and Co-GMs need to notify us* (correction to post)

Also people on hear need to contact each other if they're going to be absent. They don't need to give the reason but just let us know if your not going to respond or whatever. vfear did and a few others but come on. Half the time I feel like either people are just being lazy or really don't want to continue. 

Sorry if I'm ranting but this has been irking me for some time now
