This is what little history I have written so far:

[hider=Commonwealth's History]To summarize the history of The Third Empire and Grand Commonwealth of Moravia (that's its full name, though it's usually just called The Commonwealth) it claims descent from an ancient empire analogous to the Romans. That empire was based around that bay in the west and conquered, civilized, culuturally unified, and brought technology to huge swathes of land. Eventually the sudden rise of a new religion, threat of marauding barbarians, and a series of natural disasters crumbled this empire.

So for centuries there was death, war, and misery. Finally, there was some semblance of unity once one kingdom triumphed over most of its neighbors through cunning warfare and shrewd diplomacy. The king proclaiming divine rule and thus formed the Holy Moravian Empire. It was a quasi-theocracy with the leader being the Divine Emperor and holding a religious status similar to the Pope.

Then this empire gradually grew decentralized and splintered apart after a series of holy wars due to rise of several new religious movements. The province of Qualia in the heartlands of the former Holy Moravian Empire proclaimed itself a kingdom. It suffered at first, but then underwent an industrial revolution (one of, if not the first in the world) and began to hold its own. Soon, their industry needed more resources and so they began to gradually expand. They got really big and annexed several neighbor states before suffering a series of humiliating defeats that resulting in the monarchy being overthrown by the now-existing Fascist State. The new Fascist government openly aspires to reform the original empire, which would mean conquering ridiculously large amounts of land in the surrounding region. Naturally, they were far more warmongering than the monarchy previously in power and have rapidly expanded over the past four decades or so.[/hider]

The Old Moravian Empire was based around that gulf area that my claim has a sliver of shoreline on, so they would have almost certainly had borders that overlap with your northern territories. The Commonwealth would very much like to [s]seize your lands and ASSIMILATE YOU[/s] reclaim their righteous holdings!
