I was actually thinking that most of their weaponry would be from Cyclone's nation, perhaps even some vehicles. I'd assume me and Not!Russia would be in a sort of state of war, or prop up a revolutionary movement, a tiny nation like me is good for the taking :P

As for power, I'd imagine Fuso being the stronger between the two.
