Neither. Not yet, anyway. The roleplay starts at the moment of the character's death- The moment when they gain their power for the first time. If you want to set up a cult, feel free to do so- You have practically unlimited resources. If you want to try and herd the other gods into a pantheon with you, great! That'll open some fabulous opportunities for fun interactions! But [i]everything you do will have to start from scratch[/i]. This is why I try to describe any groups of disciples that the deities have as cults rather than religions, because the chances that you'll be able to set up a really large and institutionalised religion like the Greek pantheon (or even Mormonism or Scientology, to use modern examples) in a matter of days is unlikely.
