Clovis knows that fact, so he just has to be smart with the usage of his absorbed energy. Just everyone has to remember, he can punch a hole into anything if he has enough energy stored within him, flick a people to shatter a skull, run for miles without getting tired, or even run as fast as a car!

I think, technically, the outcome of who is strongest is indeterminable. It depends on the circumstances.

But lemme say something. There was this one time when I was in this Zombie apoc RP and this guy's character was a serial killer and I got in a friendly debate with him on whether who would win, him or my girl since she was a hunter. And it drove me crazy, because he was suuuuper OP on that fact. So, technically, depending on the circumstances can determine who will win.

EDIT: Also, props to Prince, our lovely GM, to make sure that no one is OP and drive me crazy and make me quit (: I hope that doesn't sound insincere, I really mean it ^_^

I love how we are all bantering friendly and stuff and not making a big deal about the powers. Because I know in a lot of RPs, people always get mad at eachother because they think they are more powerful. This is due to having bad GMs and OP characters running around amok regular, balanced characters. I have been, previously, in this situation during a Zombie apoc RP where my character was a hunter and this other character was a mafia trained guy/sociopathic serial killer(?) and was ridiculously OP. So, Imma friendly person and I like to poke fun at people - though I do sometimes word things wrong, this isn't the first time it had happened - and I tried to engage the Rper in friendly banter as to who would win in a showdown - serial killer vs. hunter. While, I was kidding at first and presenting certain circumstances in which his character would have no chance of winning, he stubbornly stood by that his character would somehow know and kick my character's ass. This pissed me off a little bit because of how OP he was. I wasn't thinking about my character even attempting to kill him, but the idea remained that no matter what happened, his character would come out on top. So it drove me crazy and I quit (though I think I used an excuse)

So, in a weird roundabout way, I was trying to compliment our lovely GM on his striving to balance characters out so this situation won't happen. Because, in certain circumstances, all of our characters would be able to somehow take each other down. So, I'm looking forward to it since anything can happen. Alliances can be made and broken. Fights can break out. Some lovin' can happen. And all that Big Brother stuff ^_^

I'm gonna stop you short on that last one, I realize that when I was describing some added advantages and disadvantages I compared your character to Sebastian Shaw (who if you don't read X-Men is a pretty powerful guy) but when I said that his energy reserves would be able to increase his strength, speed, stamina, and other physical abilities I didn't mean to that extent. Of course with doing damage to something (like a punch) his strength isn't so much the factor as his level of energy but he shouldn't be able to run at 80-120 miles an hour. Having high energy reserves would put him in like the top one percent of fit people, so he'd be able to run pretty fast and keep it up, he'd be able to lift stuff but he's not running faster than a speeding bullet or anything like that.

Not to cramp your abilities but someone may sign up wanting to have super speed/strength and I don't want them to feel as though someone's co opted their abilities.

I didn't mean to make you crazy, it was sort of one of those "Mwa ha ha, my character reins supreme." the reality is that while Gloria might have an advantage in a fist fight moving through people is not easy and quite draining. It could be that she would win but I can imagine many circumstances in which your character kicks Gloria's ass. Please don't leave.

Ok, I have to admit, I was kind of feeling weak when I realized that a lot of people have a large advantage over him so I over exaggerated his powers, sorry. I am trying to devise a way in which he could somehow manage to defeat elemental users, but I guess they are is his worst enemy.

My character isn't exactly brilliant with elemental users either. You can't shift through electricity or heat. Though I'm not sure how water would effect her. In any case we all have our ups and downs. There's plenty that your character can do that the elementalists can't and bear in mind this roleplay isn't just about combat. More than likely Gloria's most useful skills will be related to her thieving and hustling abilities.

I should probably also mention this but the Center like any other prison is not a nice place, it's not like it's Metas Vs the guards. It's a lot more like Meta Vs Meta with the guards sometimes as an influencing factor. Bearing that in mind if you want to survive in the prison you almost need a faction. Aside from differences of action and operation the factions essentially sort of formed out of a need to survive. The members protect each other from other faction or just random people looking to start something or steal whatever you might have. If you don't have a faction then you're either dead, or in serious peril. You have to be strong and clever to survive without a faction, you need to always be thinking one step ahead of anyone that might want to hurt you.

Knowing all that I'm going to say now that my character Gloria is one of the few survivor factionless. I realize that everyone would like to be the tough badass character that can survive no matter what and if you choose to be factionless I won't say anything about it. Just try to be realistic, without a faction someone could shiv you over your morning meal and it would really be a fifty fifty whether the guards would care. Also know that Gloria hasn't gotten away with being factionless unscathed. She's got plenty of battle scars.

@Prince of Seraphs Will you be organizing and putting the people who want to be in factions in different factions? Since I wanted Orihime to be in a faction, will you be putting her and maybe some other characters in to factions? I think I sound a bit confusing, but I hope you understand what I mean.
