So here are the two Kinjutsu I had in mind and wondered if they seemed balanced. Name of Technique: Gravity Release - Hellish Gate Type of Jutsu: Kinjutsu Rank: S Range: mid Nature Type: Gravity Handseals: tiger, ox, dog, ram Description: This is one of the two most powerful Gravity Release techniques and is considered a forbidden jutsu do the side effects of such a powerful technique. The user place a seal on a kunai knife and throws it at their intended target. When the weapon hits or comes within range they make the correct handseals and the seal on the weapon creates a small black hole. Anything within five feet of the singularity will get sucked in and unless the target uses some form of extreme speed or space time ninjutsu, they will be completely crushed by the event horizon. The black hole only lasts for about ten second maximum do to the massive of chakra usage to use the technique. Weakness: Although the technique is immensely powerful it uses up a huge amount of chakra and is incredibly taxing on the body to just trying to keep the black hole active for only ten seconds. If the user has insufficient chakra then the singularity will disappear almost instantly. No normal ninja can use this technique more than once and even then it can be extremely dangerous and could cause horrible bodily harm. Because the technique requires a seal it is possible to avoid it through evasion. Also anything outside of the five foot kill zone will be able pull away from it and escape its pull. Space time ninjutsu can work around this technique and depending on the effect it can nullify the black hole. Losing focus will also cause the black hole to disappear prematurely. Name of Technique: Gravity Release - Heavenly Gate Type of Jutsu: Kinjutsu Rank: S Range: Mid Nature Type: Gravity Handseals: Ram, Ox, Boar, Dog Description: Performing this technique works just like Hellish Gate in that the user uses a seal on a weapon to throw at their enemy and then activate it. This time the seal creates a white hole that shines brightly and instead of sucking objects in, it expels massive amounts of energy in the form of a large blast. Anything caught at the focal point is hit with the full power of the blast and the target gets bombarded with intense energy that can obliterate them. The vocal point has a range of feet feet and anything hit outside of it will be hit by a massive amount of force, but the chances of survival are much higher. Weakness: This technique shares pretty much the exact same weaknesses as Hellish Gate, but with the added capability of surviving the technique through the use of an incredible defensive technique. The tax on the user's body will cause them to cough up blood and put them in a very bad condition, which is why both this and Hellish Gate are last resort and are forbidden to use by the Matabi clan.
