Charlie rested back into her chair, legs crossed under the table and foot touching his leg lightly now and then. "I come from the planet Tenish, but I travel a lot. You? " She explained briefly and waited for him to answer.

"Well my home nation is at war with another, most of the fighting is done in space. If there weren't space travel I guess we would just be killing each other on the ground in the old fashion way." She says. Memories of fighting in the war flashed through her mind yet didn't show on her face.

Lucien nodded. "Nirn has been warring with itself for so long now, people just come to accept it, and then they forget that there is a concept like peace. For them, war is just the order of things. Part of the ways of the universe. It's really quite sad, but my business doesn't include wars. I only deal with internal disputes."

Charlie sighed. "It really is a shame. All these people with such talents and all they do is fight and kill each other, like it's their only option. I suppose not everyone can be as level headed as you and me. " She said with a smile and a wink. The more he mentioned about himself the more intrigued she became.

It was then that another man walked into the bar. He was vey plain-looking, not really the type that would interest anyone, but Lucien's eyes immediately snapped to the man, and it was clear on his face that Lucien had a very intense interest in the man. And not in a friendly way, either. However, he didn't move from his seat. "Now there's a man whos luck is about to change." He caught himself muttering.

Charlie caught site of the man in a mirror that hung on the wall. Her disposition stayed calm but her interest was triggered, not by the man himself but by Lucien's reaction. She heard what he muttered but chose to play it off. "Hm, what's that you say hun?" She asked with a smile and a tilt of her head.

Roy could hear the people talking about him. It just so happened he was finished with his drink so he stood and went to the bar to get another. As he walked past Scout he gave him a quiet and chilling nod.
