You're good to move him to the Characters tab and begin working on an IC when you have the time. 


Also for you guys that have changed vampires, a secondary note (I will add both to the description) is that a changed vampires power level is based on how they were changed. The more traumatic and violent the event the more powerful they are as vampires. This power grows the older they get.
