Matter of fact, if anyone wants to be a prefect, have a certain position on the House Quidditch team, tell me.

There will be a male and female prefect for fifth, sixth, and seventh of each house. So each house will have six prefects. However, because they are Americans, while the official title [i]is[/i] prefect, they are only called Hallway Monitors by the many annoyed students. 

However, captains of Quidditch teams have to be in 6th or 7th year; if two people apply, the oldest will be chosen and, if they are in the same year, I'll draw randomly

Head Boy and Head Girl are overall the bosses of the students/prefects. However, these will be played by NPCs ^_^
