[b]Written Appearance:[/b] [i]She is a white Angel Dragon with pastel pink and black splotches along her arms, lower abdomen, and legs. She appears to be wearing black “boots” that cut off at her toes, which are pink. Also, it is as if she is wearing long, black “gloves” that cut off at her fingers, which are also pink. Her claws are long and black. She has a large tuft of black hair upon her head, pink horns protruding from her forehead that curve backward. Still, she has three tails. Each of them are black with one thick, white stripe and pink fluffs on the ends. A pink diamond covers her right eye, and both of her eyes are pale pink, no iris or pupil. She has one wing and a stub where the other should be. Her single wing is black with one white stripe, and fluffy, pink tips.[/i]

[b]Personality:[/b] [i]Although Rhoo tends to be a generally kind person, if she receives a bad first impression from someone, it is not unknown for her to be rude and even mean to them. However, she doesn’t like to hold grudges and readily accept apologies. She tries to be fun and amusing, and does anything she can to make someone smile or laugh. Often, she is seen with a wide smile upon her face.[/i]

During the first year of the new universe, long after the ancient war that separated the entire Angel Dragon species and its subspecies from the realm of Paradise, Rhoo was born to two unique Angel Dragons through their reproductive ritual of mutual rebirth. For years, Rhoo was mute, refusing to speak although she was able to. When she finally began to speak words to others, she spoke in third person. This brought about confusion and frustration among those who were her friends, and ridicule from those who were not. In a very short period of time, she adapted to speaking in first person, and most tensions were released.

Before Rhoo made her rebirth in 1999, she took on the form of an Angel Dragon with light blue fur and a patch of red hair upon her head with many sharp, black horns lining down her spine. Now, she is the dragon you see above.

Recently, Rhoo faced an encounter with another mystical and divine being. The fight was short-lived, but this was how she lost her other wing.
